Two bedroom, two storey town house at Ramada Hotel and Suites, Marina del Sol, Costa del Sol, Andalucia, Spain available during school holiday period in August. Ideal for couples or a family as it can sleep 6 people. Easily reached by road, rail or air, Malaga airport is 35 minutes drive away.

Accommodation on the ground floor is entered from a private parking space into a hallway. The fully equipped kitchen is on your right. Continue on the ground floor to the spacious lounge dining area with a large dining table for 6. The lounge has a convertible bed setee, armchairs, coffee table sideboard and TV wifi. Sliding patio doors lead onto a private terrace next to manicured lawns and shrubs which surround the outdoor swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of guests in the town houses. The ground floor is air conditioned for summer comfort.

The first floor is reached by a curved feature staircase. The main double bedroom is air conditioned and has sweeping views over the gardens and out to sea. The second bedroom is also a double and has a ceiling fan. A bathroom with full bath and overhead shower completes the first floor accommodation.

The Resorts main reception area is 50 metres away where there is also a bar, restaurant and a grocery store. Outside reception is the "road train" terminal. This fun electric toy train can take you to the beach, 150 metres away, as well as other bars, restaurants, swimming pools and entertainment venues around the rest of the resort to enjoy.

The Resort is self-contained but those more adventurous could take a day trip to Gibraltar or North Africa. Areas closer include the towns of Fuengirola, Benalmadena or the hilltop towns of Rhonda, where the two parts of the town are linked by a bridge over a deep ravine, and Mijas. The whole area is a cultural mix which historians would enjoy exploring. Malaga is the birth place of Picasso, The Alhambra Palace in Granada are just a few examples.

We have spent many holidays at the resort as a couple and with friends either relaxing in the sun or exploring the area. We have also exchanged through RCI to other resorts often for 2 weeks due to the very high trading power. We hope the new owners will be as happy as we have been.
