This luxurious floating, super red, one bedroom apartment, is located in the most modern part of the Anfi del Mar complex. It sleeps 4 people comfortably and has a large bedroom with a super king-sized bed, which can be split to make two singles if required. There is a further large sofa bed in the spacious lounge. The bedroom has a corner jacuzzi and the bathroom has a shower, two washbasins, toilet, and bidet. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer and a large fridge freezer. A toaster, kettle and coffee maker are provided as well as ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. There are TVs in the lounge and bedroom and the apartment and communal areas benefit from free Wi-Fi. Sliding patio doors open out to a wide balcony with sea, garden, and pool views. The balcony has a table and chairs as well as two sun beds. The pools and gardens are well maintained and there are dedicated play areas for youngsters and a children's pool.

Anfi del Mar has its own restaurants, pool bars and grocery shop. Beyond the gated gardens there are further shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as many other options within walking distance at Patalavaca or in nearby Puerto Rico, a short taxi ride away.

The complex is located alongside a lovely sandy beach, edged by a palm shaded promenade, where sun beds, parasols and a wide range of water sports are available. There is also a marina and dive centre. Glass Bottomed Ferries call at the heart shaped island on their way to Arguineguin, Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan. These places offer colourful local markets as well as further shops, bars, and restaurants.

Local buses and taxis provide links to the airport and to Las Palmas as well as other resorts along the coast.
