Penthouse 2- bedroom apartment, both bedrooms are large doubles with matching bathrooms which both have a steam, multi jet shower cubicle, whirlpool baths, bidet, sink and toilet. There is also a large sofa bed which sleeps an extra 2 people in the large living area so can easily accommodate 6 adults. The kitchen and dining are large and modern with a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, hob, and extractor, fully stocked with all crockery, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer, dining table and chairs absolutely everything you need. The apartment is air conditioned with units in the main living area and both bedrooms. There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The apartment has its own private large pool on the terrace, this is a heated pool and has 4 luxury sunbeds, a wooden canopy with large patio table and chairs and large luxury parasol. The apartments and spotlessly clean and the gardens and main pool are kept immaculate, reception is available until midnight. You are completely private on the terrace and cannot see the neighbouring apartment.

This is the flagship of the holiday club apartments in Gran Canaria and is housed in their headquarters on the beach at Amadores the views are breath taking, you have the beach opposite with nothing to block the view in front of you. Aqui restaurant is part of the small complex this is our favourite restaurant on the island offering amazing food, drinks and service whilst watching the most amazing sunsets. You can walk to Puerto Rico in approx. 20-minutes along the seafront path which is stunning. Amadores has a beautiful safe beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes, there are pedalos and a fun inflatable, it is also home to the exclusive beach club. Mogan Mall is a new addition to Puerto Rico offering a luxury shopping experience with designer shops and a fabulous dining scene. There are plenty of excursions that you can go on including the ferry to Mogan, boat trips, safaris etc.

We have always felt safe in Amadores and Gran Canaria, the local people are lovely and friendly, and you can walk around with no worries at all.

We are selling week 25 which is a lovely time of year in June the temperatures are perfect but not too hot as in July / August.
