This Heritage membership allows the owners to enjoy a 2 -week holiday in a 1 Bedroom apartment for 4 persons but only pay 1 maintenance fee in the famous Marbella area, only 3 minutes' walk to the beach.

There is a points system attached to the membership which adds extra flexibility in the form of extra holiday time, different size units ranging from 1-Bedroom apartments that sleep 4 persons to 3-Bedroom apartments that sleep 8 persons, weekend breaks in the U.K. and any day check in (except throughout July and August). There is a small usage fee of .15 cents/10 pence per point for a maximum of 400 points.

Although the Marbella area is extremely popular, the membership allows you to visit 6 different resorts along the Costa Del Sol and other destinations like Indonesia, Thailand, India, Germany, and the U.K, without having to go through the main exchange companies. Any vacation entitlement that is not used is carried over for a period of 2 years at no extra charge. One of the most beneficial aspects of this holiday club membership is that it is a 15- year plan that has a guaranteed lump sum return which is undertaken by the Heritage resort group itself.
