We have been members for a number of years and have travelled to South Africa, Tenerife, Spain, and Scotland and had a Canal holiday with them. The accommodation is always amazing and no matter where we have stayed, we couldn't fault it. Our reason for selling is that my husband now can't cope with airports and enclosed spaces. If it wasn't for that we would happily carry on with it, but circumstances have changed. If you can be more flexible with your dates and can choose last minute deals there are some great ones to be had. Sadly my job doesn't allow this anymore so we don't get the best out of our timeshare.

Our favourite destination is Fuengirola, purely because you fly to Malaga, the flights are very reasonable, you get on the train at the airport and for about 6 euros each it takes you straight through to Fuengirola. Once there, jump in a taxi and it costs around 12 euros to get to the accommodation. The resort has a few different accommodation blocks, but we usually stay in the San Diego Suites. It is about a 20 minute walk down in to the centre of Fuengirola along the promenade which boasts a variety of bars, restaurants and quaint squares where we quite often enjoy a glass or two of wine whilst watching the world go by. The Monterey in Tenerife is also another one of our favourites, though the flight prices can vary a lot.

In Scotland, we stayed at Duchally Estate, which was beautiful and a great spot for exploring Perthshire. The Canal time holiday was amazing. Fabulous accommodation and the most relaxing holiday we ever had. Would highly recommend this adventure. We have also used our points and traded them in to travel further afield. We had a week in Cape Town, a week just outside Durban and then our final week just outside Pretoria on a game reserve. You need a car for this type of holiday but an experience of a lifetime.
