We are reluctantly selling our membership of a 1 bed floating red season apartment, which sleeps 4, in Monte Anfi, Gran Canaria, after 21 years of ownership.

We have banked our week for 2020 and so 2 weeks are currently available for 2021. A banked week also will allow a stay during weeks 51 and 52 i.e., over the festive period, subject to availability.

The resort offers multiple check in/changeover days.
The membership gives access to one of the well-appointed and luxury one-bedroom apartments which offer huge open plan living and dining space as well as a fully fitted kitchen. All accommodation is serviced and maintained to the highest standard.
The master bedroom includes its own oversized jacuzzi along with large bathroom. There is a double sleeper sofa in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and lounge area have floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead onto a large balcony which has outside dining table and chairs and sun loungers for relaxing. It is a real home from home!

During our 21 years of ownership, we have enjoyed many varied holidays, both relaxing and active, occasionally in the company of our children and grandchildren. There is something for everyone from fun-seeking families to romantic couples both old and young. You can enjoy lazy days spent around the pool, on the beach or on your own exclusive private balcony; daytime and evening entertainment in the large open-air concourse; exploration of this beautiful island by sea, road, or foot; a range of water based and numerous other sporting activities; exquisite meals on site or in local fish and steak restaurants frequented by the friendly locals. Everything you need is on site, including a supermarket that will deliver to your door, but venturing further afield is easy and convenient.

Gran Canaria offers the perfect backdrop: the weather is warm throughout the year - warm enough to swim in the sea in December and January! There is often a cooling, light breeze and the island is not troubled by mosquitoes. The accommodation is spacious, private, peaceful, comfortable, impeccably clean and offers superb high-level views over the beautiful resort, including the wonderful heart island, and out to sea.

The new owner will not be disappointed.
