Club La Costa Fractional at Monterey.

We have greatly enjoyed the 2 separate holidays that we have taken with Club La Costa in 2018 and 2019.

However, health reasons are now prohibiting our travel and we reluctantly have to sell our holiday entitlement.

In addition to the annual allocation of 1,360 points, we also currently have a number of unused points available: (please see Seller's Picture below).

The 4,570 unused points, less this years 1,360 allocation = 3,210 additional points. These additional 3,210 Points are the equivalent of 200 additional points per year for the remaining 16 years commencing 1st January 2021. Effectively the overall status is that there are 1,560 points to be utilized per year at many different & fabulous Club La Costa locations.

We believe that each holiday should be remembered for all the right reasons.
The 2 holidays that we have experienced under the Club La Costa "umbrella" have both succeeded in furnishing us with happy memories. From their commencement in the organisation of flights /transfers, to the friendly resort welcoming, the well prepared accommodation and their regular room cleaning, to the reception staff and their help with
arranging trips, to the on site restaurant staff and the lovely food, it was all extremely pleasant and well worth it !

The Annual Management fees have been paid up to and including 31st December 2021.

The next Annual Management fee is due on the 1st January 2022.
