Ownership is until 2088. Affiliated to DAE. 28-Km from Malaga Airport, easily reached by both car and public transport. Ample free parking on site. We have owned and enjoyed this week since 2005. It is ideal for a quiet relaxed break or if you prefer to be out and about it has easy access to the surrounding area. We are selling because we no longer wish to travel abroad.

The club has an ongoing refurbishment plan. The apartments are already well equipped and tastefully furnished continue to be updated. The 2-bedroom units sleep 6, are very spacious with patio doors in lounge and main en-suite bedroom leading onto the balcony which runs along the full length of the apartment. Balconies are privately separated with large table and chairs, sun beds and cloths airier. There is a full kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave,4 plate hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron and full-sized ironing board and washing machine. Lounge has large flat screen TV with many satellite channels, video player, music system, free WiFi. There are also a washing machine and air conditioning.

All apartments face the well-kept securely gated gardens with panoramic view of the sea. There are two pools. The larger deeper pool is securely gated for safety and there is usually a lifeguard on duty. The gardens have large and small areas on different levels, on the seaside and in sheltered corners. Plenty of sun beds and shades provided.

A two-minute walk on the path at the side of block 2 takes you to the very popular Antonio's restaurant, the beach and the recently constructed 6 Km costal path that stretches from La Cala to Calahonda. Good for a stroll along the coastline with beach bars and restaurants along the way. Or maybe a brisk walk or morning jog.

At the back of the apartments with the noise of the traffic completely shut out by amazing double glazing is the road that gives you easy access by car and public transport to the area. Visit Estepona, Puerto Banus or Marbella or go to Fuengirola bus and train stations to visit popular coastal towns, inland villages or maybe take more adventurous journeys to Granada or Gibraltar. Just a ten-minute walk to nearest decent sized supermarket/shopping area. La Cala maybe requiring a cab back if you don't have a car for a bigger shop. Altogether a very good place to stay whether you want a get away from it all relaxing week or want to explore a bit of the Costa del Sol.
