The resorts at Marina Park all have maintained reception, pools, restaurants, bars, shop, and kid's clubs. Trips can be organised from reception as transfers to the airport and into local towns. A day trip to Gibraltar for VAT-free shopping is a good day out.

The resorts sit in the Mediterranean coastline, the region boasts over 70 top golf courses and the lovely sandy beach at Fuengirola is over 7km long. Water sports and boat trips in Fuengirola can be organised or stay at the resort by the pool all day.

If you want to keep fit there are gyms and fitness classes and Team Marina 'adult' fun classes too.

This CLC group of resorts are family orientated and we have enjoyed many years here with our family.

The Fractional Share was purchased for 19 years and we have had it for 4 years. We have been members of CLC for over 15 years and have enjoyed all the resorts and holidays and have no complaints at all and can confidently pass on our property/weeks/.

The Club la Costa (CLC) fractional ownership concept allows multiple people to own one or more fractions of a CLC World property. We have 4 fractions in total which are converted to points to use with Club la Costa. The fractions are held in trust by First National Trustee Company Limited. The points provide access to over 150 resorts; in addition, the points can be used for short breaks, cruises and hotel stays. The membership is a fixed term based on a period of 19 years from the initial purchase. Our units were initially purchased in 2013 and have a sale date of 31/12/2032. When sold the proceeds of the sale are distributed to the owners.

If all fractions are sold together the new owner will receive 3080 points in total. When sold separately each unit has a proportion of the points which depends upon the week number being purchased. The number of weeks holiday that you get will depend upon your flexibility as CLC frequently offer discounts to resorts if you want to go at off-peak times or if you make 'last minute' bookings.

CLC's main resort is in Malaga in Spain. However, if Spain is not for you CLC World has many high-class resorts that are spread across many great international locations such as Florida, Turkey, Tenerife, and Austria they also have resorts in the UK - Scotland and Cornwall are great UK get aways, if you don't want to fly.
