Our luxurious timeshare at the award-winning Marriott Marbella Beach resort has been enjoyed by our family and friends for many years and our grown-up family is the only reason for selling.

The superb, spacious accommodation sleeps 8 people in the large 3-bedroom accommodation each with its own bathroom/shower (whirlpool bath to master suit) with a spacious sofa bed in the lounge. Free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV (in every room), DVD player fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, spacious dining, and seating areas. Each apartment has a private balcony, lifts, free parking, and daily housekeeping. The 3-bedroom apartments are mostly corner plots all equipped to the same high standard.

The resort is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with direct access to the beach where water sport activities are available.

There are multiple pools, fully equipped gym, and free classes in the fitness centre, on site beauty salon, 5 restaurants and bars, numerous free daily activities to suit all ages and kid's clubs. Marketplace for fresh croissants/freshly baked bread and provisions. It is approximately 40 minute's drive from Malaga airport and located in the pretty area of Elviria.

This Gold floating week can be used in April through to the end of May, middle to the end of June and end of August to September.

Weeks can be exchanged through Interval International and we have enjoyed exchanges in France.

We have enjoyed day trips to the beautiful old towns of Ronda, Marbella, Mijas and Gibraltar, boat trips from Puerto Banus and lots of karting, water parks and fun activities all within easy reach of the resort.
