Club Marbella is part of a complex that includes 3 other apartment complexes, and all of its resources are shared for free - this gives you access to virtually unlimited sports, evening venues, restaurants, lots of pools, and 24 hr reception. There are lots of other resources that are common to most hotels including money exchange, safes, chill areas, evening entertainment etc. etc. but this is a Gold Crown resort and is a cut above the other RCI resorts (I have visited literally dozens)

The fabulous shopping mall of miramar is a few Km away, and the best place for eating on the Gold Coast is Fuengirola - everything from cheap to top line - all around 5Km away. My timeshare is a floating week and using RCI can be exchanged using points or weeks for any week of the year. it's points value is higher than most, being a Gold crown RCI resort.

There is a lift to all floors, an on site shop, with remote controlled air con, a full kitchen and balcony with all the usual amenities and more. My wife and I are approaching retirement and are putting our energies into UK property management, so we will probably travel less - hence the sale.
