We are having to sell as our family has grown in size so we need an extra bedroom. The main benefit for us is that it is a ground floor apartment so not only do you have a stunning terrace but you have a lawn area also which is great for more private sun bathing, it also saves having to take stairs and lifts. The pool, beach and café/ restaurant are all within a minutes walk from the apartment. We considered the location as our top priority and visited Anfi Beach Club several times before purchasing to get this right, we made the right decision for our family. The apartment itself is well presented and in very good condition. The terrace has new furniture this year. The double bedroom has a king size bed and ample space surrounding including a flat screen TV and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a double basin, large bath and a decent shower and is surrounded by marble. The main living area has a dining table for 4, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, conventional oven, hob, and a large fridge freezer (Bosch appliances). It is tastefully decorated and the double sofa bed is very easy to convert from sofa to bed, it literally takes seconds, the sofa bed is very comfortable unlike many I have slept on in other accommodation, no different to a double bed. There is also a large flat screen TV with plenty of channels to cater for many nationalities (inc British). There is a separate dressing room with additional storage. We have had many happy years staying here and I am sure you will too.
