This timeshare, that has been owned by my family for an extensive period of time, is now for sale. Unfortunately, my parents are now at the age where their holiday requirements have simply changed and they do not require the size of the apartments that they currently own. This has been a brilliant location for our family holiday for the duration of our childhood, and now it's the right time for us to pass it onto to someone who is looking for an affordable holiday with family or friends in an ideal Spanish location, at the beautiful and peaceful resort.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no neighbours above us. There is a lift for access to all floors. The apartment is air- conditioned and has two large bedrooms, each including their own en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower and toilet and bidet, as well as third shower room with toilet and bidet. It is not an issue for resort owners to include cot beds for babies, at no extra charge, as we have requested those on few visits with the very little ones. There is a large living room with sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the city and coast, where you can chill in the evening with a glass of vino or enjoy your breakfast first thing in the morning.

The choice of beautiful beaches is only few minute's drive away or a 10 -15 min walk. For the golf enthusiasts, there is a large golf course just on the doorstep of the resort. There is a lovely large swimming pool for the resort users only, and a small kids pool, both are supervised majority of the day by qualified lifeguards. The resort has its own restaurant should you wish to indulge in some authentic Spanish food. The big benefit that we have found is the large free secure car park on site, as we have always rented the car to explore the area. There are few different bars and restaurants within a short walking distance away from the resort, offering variety of foods from all over the world. This resort is ideally located 30-min drive away from Malaga airport, and 15 min drive away from Marbella and Fuengirola, each offering plenty of attractions for the whole family, from entertainment and wildlife parks to local city parks with free entries, but plenty of things to see and do. There are plenty of shops, shopping malls, restaurants and bars to browse as well as local supermarkets with delicious fresh produce. We really cannot fault these apartments, resort and location and hope that the new owners can appreciate all the benefits of what this resort and location has to offer and have many happy holidays, just the same way our family have over the years.
