This timeshare apartment is located in Calahonda, on the Costa Del Sol, which is only 30 minutes from Malaga airport and has been in the family for over 20 years and is a great place to stay as well as being a good base for the local area. Marbella and Fuengirola are nearby and well worth a visit with lots of attractions and we have also had day trips to Gibraltar by bus. We are selling the timeshare as we have now purchased a property in Spain and are finding it difficult to have the time to spend at the apartment.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one is on-suite with a shower and the other one has a bath with a shower above it. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine and sleeps up to 6 people, which includes a sofa bed in the living room, it also has a dining area and has the advantage of two balconies, which overlook the pool and the sea can be seen in the distance.

On-site amenities are as follows:

The beach is only 1 mile away and is clean and well-kept and has a great 5-mile boardwalk. If golf is your thing there are golf courses nearby.
