A 1 bed accommodation that will sleep 4 is situated in the Coronado complex. This is part of Heritage Resorts Marbesa Club. There is an adequate living and kitchen area, a separate shower room with WC, and a 2 bed bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped, however, who cares, when there is a wide choice to eat out!

The apartment has a balcony with views of town and country. There is a lift, or stairs if you feel fit enough, as it is on the 10th floor.

This 1 bed sleeping 4 is week 19; a red week in early May. The actual week date changes each year according to a listed schedule, but it always starts on a Friday at 1700 hours. In 2017 this week 19 is Friday 12th May. The site is RCI affiliated which we used for exchanges, by becoming a RCI member, the door is unlocked to the whole world!

There is an outdoor pool at the complex and as a Marbesa Club member, there is access to a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness facilities, etc; as well as bars and restaurants. Golf and fishing are available in the area and a choice of sandy beaches, one of which is only 300 to 400 metres down the road.

Marbesa on the Costa del Sol is situated between Fuengirola and Marbella. Airports are at Malaga[40 minutes by taxi] and Gibraltar, and train at Fuengirola. Use can be made of frequent bus services.

Reason for sale; both of us are now old and disabled, but have happy holiday memories.
