We have owned this apartment for 11 years and used it every year as we love it. Due to health reasons we are reluctantly selling.

This is a fixed week in a one bedroom apartment. It is large and sleeps up to 4 people.The bathroom is fully marbled with both a bath and shower. It has a full kitchen, dining area and lounge with flat screen TV. The patio doors slide in to the wall bringing the outside in to make a massive entertaining area. The balcony is very big and has fantastic view over the beautiful landscaped gardens, pool and beach. It is on the 8th floor close to reception ( 5th floor and car park) and small spar mini market. There are lifts to all floors. It is a RCI gold crown resort for good reason. It is our bit of paradise. We will miss it.

It is about 30 minutes from the airport. We always hire a car as they are cheap at the moment and there is free parking available on the resort. There are shops and restaurants in the resort.

Nearest towns are Arguineguin and Puerto Rico where there are lots to do and see. If you play golf you can get preferential rates to play Anfi Tauro golf course which is a short drive away. You will love this apartment and will not regret buying it.
