This apartment is on the island of Gran Canariaa at Barranco de la Verga near Arguineguin. It is on the south coast of the island & has its own white sand beach. The beautiful mountainous interior of the island has many interesting attractions & all are accessible by coach or by car. The resort of Puerto Rico with all its vibrancy is a short bus or taxi ride away. Las Palmas airport is about 40 mins. away and the resort can arrange transfer by coach or taxi (Resort Hopper also use this route) The resort is affiliated to RCI & II (Gold Crown resort). Onsite facilities include 7 swimming pools, gym, dive centre, hair/beauty salon, shopping plaza, car hire marina, watersports, restaurants & bars.

The apartment is a fixed week & will sleep four, it is in Club Peurto Anfi. Anfi del Mar consists of four clubs in the resort & all four clubs facilities can be used. It is on the seventh floor and there are four lifts to use & one glass outside lift giving spectacular views. The balcony has a table & four chairs for alfresco dining & two large sunchairs. The superb views look over the island, the marina, the swimming pool & the expanse of Arguineguin bay.

Unit facilities include air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, juicer etc. All crockery & cutlery etc. Flascreen tv in lounge & bedroom, entertainment centre & quality furnishings throughout. The resort has underground parking.

Exchange can be made internally or worldwide through RCI & II.

We are reluctantly selling the apartment because age & infirmity are creeping up on us! We have spent a happy 17 years at Anfi del Mar. We also are selling the week before & the week after this one which we also own.
