Once the apartment had been purchased the Anfi Company provided supportive services of outstanding quality always in English. Customer services were excellent, a special team caring for new members were active throughout ownership, the management and finance team were quietly effective and the Vacation Club team were superb in informing you about alternative use of the weeks owned, special extras for members and a whole host of activities, sports and entertainment available on and off the site. In effect any uncertainties or problems or queries were placed in the hands of the most appropriate staff and were always resolved effectively. What a delight it has been to enjoy our stays at both apartments. The facilities in the apartments are second to none, all of the highest standard of both furniture and equipment. A list of those items is attached to illustrate the range provided, all of them acquired from quality manufacturers. The space inside the apartment and on the balcony (well protected from direct sunlight if needed), is both relaxing and much appreciated. The balcony is also made private by extending the side walls so you are not exposed to the people in the apartments either side. The apartment is cleaned daily and a full replacement of all bed linen, towels and the like takes place half way through each week. The quality of products and care of the apartment is second to none. The view from the balcony, lounge and bedroom is magnificent, revealing a full view of the whole Site and larger view of the ocean beyond the site.

In terms of what is available to occupy your time whilst at the apartment, a full range of on-site facilities is available. There are restaurants only available to Anfi members but others are available for the wider public. The pool and sports facilities are only available to Anfi members. There is a first class Spar shop with reasonable prices and a whole range of other shops to respond to your needs. A whole range of sporting and recreational activities is provided every day and evening entertainment for the young and old is provided every night. The Marina has space for members boats and there are some available for hire. Lots of beach and seaside facilities are available such as Jet-skis and Paragliding and the site has its own jetty to take boats to nearby towns and markets. Of course, all this can be set to one side in relaxation in the lounge or on the capacious balcony. In addition to all this, the local bus services are very good, taxis to nearby towns are consistently cheap and are constantly available from the Reception area. Anfi also provide excursions to places of interest on the island.

In summary, the Anfi set-up is all about providing a quality holiday experience with extras if you want them but wondrous peace and quiet if that is an essential part of your experience.
