For sale is our 2 bedroom timeshare situated at Marriott�s Marbella Beach Resort on the Costa del Sol, a short one hour drive from the airport at Malaga. The timeshare period is Gold Holiday which offers the choice of many different weeks stay, most importantly including the UK May half term for families with children when the weather is glorious (October half term is also classified as Gold Holiday) Outside school holidays, early June and October plus some weeks in December are classed as Gold Holiday. The apartment sleeps 6 (two bedrooms and double sofa bed in the lounge) very comfortably.

The resort itself is located on the glorious beachfront but extremely handy for local amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants. On site there are two outdoor and two indoor pools (one of each is for adults only), playgrounds, badminton, shuffleboard, a giant chess board, a mini market, kids club, gym and so much more. You truly do not need to leave the resort should you wish to while away your trip by the pool! If you do want to get away you are a short drive from Marbella Old Town and can also do day trips to Ronda, Benahavis (fabulous mountain village with great restaurants), Jerez, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus to see the yachts or even get the boat over to Morocco!

There are several restaurants on site as well as plenty to choose from in the nearby vicinity catering for a wide variety of tastes.

The apartment itself has two double en suite bedrooms, TV with satellite, DVD player and stereo sound equipment, washing machine and dryer (handy with the children!), The kitchen has everything you would need should you choose to self cater on some evenings with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment also has air conditioning and a daily maid service. The balconies have great view of either the the ocean or the beautifully kept gardens. Free car parking is also available on site.

You can also swap your weeks with Interval International.
