The RCI Gold crown resort of Anfi Del Mar is situated on the south coast of Gran Canaria between Puerto Rico and Arguineguin and 25-minutes transfer from Las Palmas Airport. Monte Anfi is one of 4 hotels within the resort and is set above all of the other hotels with panoramic views over the bay of "Punta de le Vega".

There's an unlimited amount activities for all ages and whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday by the pool or a more energetic holiday Anfi del Mar has it all. There are numerous restaurants of international cuisine around the main square in Anfi Del Mar where a first class meal and drinks can be enjoyed whilst watching the evening entertainment that is on every night in the square. There are also the towns of Arguineguin and Meloneras and the resort of Puerto Rico is a short trip by taxi for those who wish for a night out. Arguineguin is a small town with quaint restaurants where fish is the local specialiity.

Meloneras is a larger town with a fabulous array of superb restaurants and late night shopping mall. There are ferries every day between Arguineguin,Anfi Del Mar and Mogan where each Friday there is a market which attracts lots of visitors. Anfi Del Mar has a sister resort Anfi Tauro about 2-miles away and there are regular free transfers to and from each resort for anyone who wishes to use the facilities there. Anfi Tauro has it's own championship golf course, 9 hole golf-course and driving range. Both resorts have their own secure car parking and concierge service.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 6 people with Lounge/Kitchen, Bedroom 1 with en-suite and jacuzzi bath, Bedroom 2, toilet and a balcony that spans the width of the apartment ( Approx 10m long x 3m wide). The balcony overlooks the sea and the bay of Punte de la Vega. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the apartment is cleaned by your personal chamber maid every 2 or 3 days including change of linen and towels. The apartment benefits from full air conditioning and SKY TV is available. The apartment can be booked up to 12 months ahead and we often booked for the following year when we are on holiday.

When booking you can choose any equivalent apartment on whichever floor you prefer (1-11) and there are lifts to every floor and access to and within all apartments have disabled facilities. We have never had any problem in booking an apartment and having a choice of floor if done a year ahead. The points value on the apartment is 10,000 points and these can be used to stay at the other hotels within the resort if you feel like a bit of a change.

We have been going on annual holidays with the family for 9 years now and every time we have had a fantastic time. If we were to say what is the one thing that stands out at Anfi it is quality, quality and quality. The apartment is on a points basis and though we could use the points to travel the world we never have as the overall quality of Anfi has never been surpassed on any holiday we have been on.

Why are we selling? We have had 9 fantastic years at Anfi Del Mar and our family are wanting to try various destinations around the world and we feel it is time to move on with memories that will never be forgotten. If the week does not sell we will be back at Anfi next year for sure. It has that bit of magic that keeps you wanting to go back. It is honestly that good.
