We purchased this apartment because of the best location and time. The apartment is located in front of the show stage, near from the beach. It is an optimal location for people who like lots of sun. You get over 4 hour sun per day relaxing on the balcony every morning. Monday is the change over day and because we usually come in advance at the weekend, we rent an apartment near Anfi. All furniture is in good condition but they are going to update in this year. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly people. Every night you can watch from the balcony the Anfi show. The third floor is useful since not too high and low enough, it is easy to come and go.

The apartment is highly equipped with TV/Audio. Also it is installed a Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with all of you need for 6 people. The washing machine and dishwasher are always in working condition and never been broken in 4 years of our ownership. I'm sure you will be more than happy with this apartment.
