We offer for sale weeks 14 / 15 in an apartment on the 9th floor. It offers the most stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Above us is only the family of co-owners of the complex and access to the service lobby. The arrival and departure is on Monday. The week starts in April, which is rainy and cold in Europe and the British Isles, but in the Canaries is the best time to warm your bones. The membership gives you unlimited rights up to 99 years for annual residence by a family of 2-4 people for 7/14 days in an elite apartment of 80 m2, with the right to rent, sell or inherit.

There are many similar apartments at a better price, but they lack the most important - a view of the ocean from the balcony.

The asking price is for one week and takes into account the apartment's superb location overlooking the marina, the heart-shaped Love Island and the beautiful white sand beach, as well as stunning views of the endless horizon of the Atlantic Ocean, especially breathable in the evening when the Passat blows lightly. Staying there with a family of 2-4 is a real pleasure, and even 4 adults do not feel out of place because there are two separate rooms with slide doors to the balcony, a large and luxurious bathroom with two basins and a shower. The annual expense of service is approximately 560€. The price includes maintenance service, replacement fund, and cleaning.

My wife and I worked for Anfi Sales for almost 5 years and know the real price of each apartment. We bought 12 years ago these weeks and a week in Nov-Dec, and we were very happy, but due to age and grandchildren, we have to limit travel.

This was and is our dream to spend every holiday, but circumstances changed, so we decided to sell.
