The location is excellent, a stones throw to Marbella, and Puerto Banus and the pretty hillside village of Mijas.

The resort itself, is right on the beach. We enjoyed an early morning walk along the beach to a cafe for breakfast. The restaurant at the resort is also very good, with the area of Elvira just across the other side of the main road, that has several good eating places, we liked the Chinese restaurant there. From here we have taken trips to Gibralter and Tangiers for the day.

There is a great outdoor swimming pool on site, and the sea about twenty yards the other side of the gate. The apartments are clean, tidy with all the amenities that you would expect. There is a 24hr Heritage Resort person on duty, very helpful if you have any sort of problem.

The only reason for sale, is that the kids are gone, but we have elderly relatives living with us, and we cannot take more than one day off at a time.
