The apartment overlooks the Marina, heart-shaped island and pool area. The apartment is a 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) with a fully equipped kitchen area including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and cooker. It has air conditioning. There is a daily maid service. There is a safe and both the lounge and the bedroom have flat screen TVs. There is a CD player in the lounge. The large balcony has a table and 4 chairs and sun loungers. There are two lifts up to the apartment level. On site there are supermarkets and bars and a selection of restaurants catering for all tastes. Within 300 yards of the apartment is a beautiful beach.

A ferry runs every hour through the day to Arguinuguin, Puerto Rico or Puerto Mogan. There is plenty to do at Anfi, tennis, mini golf, or learn water-skiing or scuba diving. Or for those less adventurous just lie by the pool and read a good book. There is a children's club for their entertainment if you wish.
