The unit is situated in Mijas Costa a short drive from Malaga airport and the resort has golf and beeches all within easy reach including pubs, eating locations and supermarket. We tend to use the resort as our base to explore this part of Spain and trips into Gibraltar when not staying on resort sun bathing. Our holiday usually always include a trip to nearby Marbella, Puerto Banus and Benalmadena which are all short drive away and a must visit for the girls.

The units are of a high specification compared with other resorts and this 2 bedroom unit can sleeps 6 comfortably. This apartment benefits from full kitchen, satellite TV, safe and balcony / terrace with wifi now available on resort.

There is a good supply of sun loungers around the large outdoor pool and the on site food and entertainment all of good standard. Other on site facilities include full size tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, pool table, mini market, gym, indoor pool and sauna whirlpool. The onsite bars close around midnight so no late nights and reduced noise for early sleepers or young families.

The use of a car is recommended with ample parking facilities on site and close to apartment.

Our family has now grown up and all doing own things so decided to sell on unit after good holidays at the resort. The week falls within the Scottish summer holiday period each year and has a high exchange value via RCI.

We are open minded with regards the purchase price of the unit so willing to reasonable negotiation on the overall settlement price.
