The average temperature for Gran Canaria in April is in the mid twenties. It has many attractions for all ages, many sandy beaches, water parks, theme parks and wild west town, not to mention the many different restaurants shops etc.

Puerto Anfi is situated on the coast close to Arguineguin, between the towns of Puerto Rico and Maspalomas. The resort has many attractions, childrens and adults swimming pools, crazy golf and evening entertainment for both children and adults.

There are many different restaurants including Chinese, Indian and Italian. A glass bottom boat goes to Puerto Mogan which has many waterside restaurants. You can stroll through floral lanes and relax on a sandy beach.

The apartment has fixed weeks and some years falls in the Easter holiday. It is situated on the third floor close to the lift. It has 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and sleeps 6. There are televisions in the lounge and main bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and chairs. The balcony has a large round table with chairs ideal for having breakfast outside. It also has sunbeds.

The view is very relaxing overlooking the sea, a man-made island and 80 berth marina. The complex is always kept very clean and in first class condition,it has won several awards. Also it has a large car park. It is an ideal family resort with good weather, friendly people and the high standard of Puerto Anfi make it a holiday ideal for all ages. The reason for selling is unfortunately I am unable to fly.
