Alanda Club Marbella is a well established, 5*complex located at Elveria,10k from Marbella. It is adjacent (300metres in our case) from the impressive beach which stretches back almost to Marbella.We are 30 minutes from Malaga airport.

Our unit is a penthouse on the 6th floor, served by a lift.It is a 3 bedroom unit. The master bedroom is upstairs,

spacious,en suite and has its own completely private terrace, south facing. The main balcony is large, south facing, sun practically all day! It overlooks the large pool and has magnificent sea views.

There is a full kitchen,the dining area/balcony is ideal for entertaining. An abundance of restaurants/shops are all within walking distance. Alanda Club has a good quality restaurant/bar with evening entertainment.

We have tv,wifi,aircon,washing machine etc.Car parking is in the basement. Our timeshare is Fixed weeks,35&36,effectively the first 2 weeks in September. The weather at that time is hot,sunny,settled. We have not done any exchanges, only using the unit for family enjoyment .Our growing grandchildren can no longer use Sevilla 20 as Irish schools reopen at end August. As our usage is now well down we have reluctantly decided to sell.
