The fractional ownership is on a annual points system. You are acquiring a sum of 1050 points per year which can be used in any of the Club La Costa resorts throughout Europe, subject to availability. They have numerous resorts in Spain where they offer numerous residences' this is their strength but they also cover all the islands. Tenerife, Lanzarote, Ibiza and the Canary Islands. They also have resorts in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and Portugal. But the last few years they have also branched out in North America, the Caribbean and South Africa. More resorts are planned and they are expanding all the time.

All the Club La Costa resorts are maintained to a high standard. All the resorts all have a number of restaurants and convenience shops for anything you may need.

Two years ago they made an arrangement with RCI and a wider choice is available through them. They have resorts and hotels all over the world. Again subject to availability and the usual arrangement fees. I have used there service to book hotels in Amalfi and Naples and Sicily this year.
