This apartment is situated on the third floor of the small complex of Jardin Amadores and is accessed either by lift or stairs.  We chose the apartment off plan for its location adjacent to the swimming pool.  As the complex is based on the Hanging Gardens of Babylon the apartment is accessed from the rear and the balcony gives uninterrupted views over Amadores Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

Week 23 is in red time which falls in early June. The management company will arrange an internal exchange for another week, if available.

The apartment is very spacious and fully air conditioned.  It has an open plan living, dining room and kitchen with television.  The full size kitchen has a fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave.  The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room within the apartment.  There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle and two wash hand basins.  The bedroom is very spacious with built-in wardrobes and direct access to the balcony. Two beds are also provided in the living room which are used as seats and are made up as required. A safe is provided in the sideboard in the living room.

The shopping Centre is a 10minute walk away and the larger Puerto Rico shopping and entertainment centre is easily accessible by bus or taxi.

A free bus service is currently provided to and from the Amadores beach where a good number of shops restaurants and cafés are situated. A pleasant half hour walk along the promenade from this beach takes you to Puerto Rico.

My reason for selling is that my wife has recently passed away and I feel unable to return to the apartment where we had so many happy holidays.

The changeover day for this apartment is Monday.

It would be possible to change into the points system although a charge would be incurred for this.

Maintenance fees all paid up for 2014.


I also own a 22 and am happy to negotiate on the price if both weeks are taken.
