This unit occupies a prime position at Dona Lola, a Gold Crown resort on the Costa del Sol, about 12 km east of Marbella.  The resort is managed by the MacDonald hotel company and is maintained to a very high standard. Malaga airport is about 30 minutes drive away. It is possible to holiday without a car as the Marbella  bus stops outside the resort and trains run from the airport to Fuengirola, which is only a short taxi ride away. The resort is only 3 minute walk from local shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants.

Dona Lola is a front line beach resort and the units are set among beautiful gardens. There is a large outdoor pool, a children’s pool, an adults only pool and also a large indoor pool. There is a sauna, a whirlpool and a Turkish bath. There is a well equipped gym and snooker and pool tables. The attractive sea-front restaurant serves delicious food and there is also a brasserie with attractive terrace for drinks or casual dining. There is a wide variety of entertainment on site, as well as organised excursions, guided walks and quizzes. A short stroll along the beach is the charming marina of Cabo Pino with delightful restaurants and all amenities. A stroll in the other direction leads to the small resort of La Cala.

The unit is week 14 (RCI Red Time) which falls within the school Easter holidays in early April, a delightful time of year in southern Spain. It sleeps six is on the first floor (not ground floor) and up a short flight of about 10 steps. It is in a prime position on the edge of  the resort with views through pine trees to the sea and an attractive old watch tower. It is extremely spacious with a large lounge with bed settee, dining area, excellent kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 generous bathrooms. There is a large south facing balcony with table and chairs. The unit is air-conditioned and superbly equipped with all fittings of the highest standard. There is satellite TV including British channels and full internet access.

The unit has a high trading power and we have exchanged it for weeks in New England, Cape Cod, Switzerland, The French Riviera, Italy, Bavaria, Majorca, Minorca and the Canary Islands. We are only selling the unit because in old age our holiday requirements have changed.
