Marriott Marbella Beach Resort is a luxury resort on the Costa Del Sol in Southern Spain. It is situated right on the sandy beach approximately 20 minutes east of Marbella and 50 minutes west of Malaga and only approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

There are many places of interest within easy reach. Ronda is just over 1 hour away and full day trips to Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla and Gibraltar are possible. There are a huge variety of golf courses nearby and many pretty coastal and mountain villages to visit with restaurants of all descriptions.

The resort is affiliated with the exchange company – Interval International and is one of their premier resorts.

This timeshare is a floating week in the gold season which varies slightly each year, but approximately covers from the end of March through to the end of  June ( except school holidays ),  also the whole of September into early October.

On site are 4 full pools – outdoor and indoor family pools and outdoor and indoor quiet pools for adults only there is also a pool for very small children. There is a well equipped gym a sauna and facilities for table tennis, badminton, basket ball.

On site is a full a la carte restaurant a beach bar restaurant and a sports bar with food. There is a well stocked shop selling more or less everything that you might require, including freshly baked bread.

Close by outside of the resort are many restaurants and beach cafés within walking distance and also 2 large supermarkets.

It is a luxury 2 bedroomed apartment with 2 full en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 large single beds. It will accommodate 6 persons, as there is a full size double sofa bed in the lounge.  All the rooms are large and airy as it was built to American sizing.  The apartment would be either ground / 1st / 2nd or top floor with either a large veranda or balcony and a lift to all floors. Views from the apartments are all good, but vary from the beautiful gardens to sea views.

The apartment has full air conditioning; flat screen televisions in both bedrooms as well as in the lounge, a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven and ceramic hob.  There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking is on site, much of it in a garaged area and it is free of charge.

The only reason that we are selling this week is that it is now more than we require. We are still retaining other weeks that we own here, as we love the resort.
