We have enjoyed visiting this resort for many years. Compared to other timeshare resorts we have visited, the Marbella Beach Resort is in a class of its own, with really spacious and comfortable rooms, a wonderful and well-kept garden, several swimming pools, gym room, attentive service and a long beach suitable for swimming and walking.

Within the resort and also nearby are a number of excellent restaurants and other places to go out. Marbella is a lovely place to visit and spend your holidays, and the surroundings, such as Ronda, M�laga are always worth a visit.

We are selling our share in this resort because our children are now grown-up and independent, and we would like to spend some years of vacations visiting new places.

The Gold Holiday Season falls in the following calendar weeks

Gold Holiday: Weeks 7-8, 21-23, 41-44 and 51-52

Owners of Gold Holiday weeks can usually occupy the apartment not only during the Gold Holiday period, but also during the Gold and Silver periods.� Check-In days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This means a great deal of flexibility.
