Anfi Beach Club is an RCI Gold Crown resort in Arguineguin on the south coast of Gran Canaria. The complex has its own private beach, beautifully landscaped gardens, a few different pools as well as a good selection of places to dine or grab a snack. There are lots of activities for children and sporting opportunities onsite. 

The timeshare for sale is a fixed week 40 that generally commences around the 1st week of October. 

The apartment is ground floor but elevated approximately 4 floors above the pool area. This means that you have the added benefit of a nice, relatively private area laid to grass beyond the large balcony area. It also means that you can see the sea! The large balcony has two sun loungers and a table and chairs with sliding doors from both the lounge and the  bedroom. It has 1 bedroom and can comfortably sleep 4 people with 2 on the pull-out sofa in the lounge. The apartment is well equipped and has air-conditioning and a full-kitchen. The unit comes with parking space for up to two cars.

We've owned the week now for several years and had some great holidays at Anfi Beach and have also enjoyed 3 lovely exchange holidays with RCI to Florida (Disney’s Old Key West Resort), Portugal and Italy. Our children are now grown up and we now spend our holidays sailing hence the reason for sale.
