October 2015, Club Caronte has now been sold off.  Owners are now being given like for like weeks at one of their sister resorts.

Glorious sunny days and sultry Spanish nights await when you book a holiday at Club Caronte on the Costa del Sol in Spain. Close to the town of Calahonda on the coast, the resort offers a full range of facilities and entertainment, but to appreciate the cultural treasure of the region, you should hire a car and explore some of the small Andalusian towns slightly further inland from the coast.

Club Caronte offers luxurious accommodation and is part of the Crown Resorts Complex in an area that is known as the Riviera del Sol. There are 99, two bedroom apartments at Cub Caronte, all set amid landscaped gardens and sun drenched terraces for a true tropical holiday experience.

The resort has a sparkling outdoor pool and a separate children's pool as well as a dedicated children's games room and a full fitness centre. Each of the apartments has been decorated in muted tropical colours and is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences that you would expect from a resort of this standard. Full kitchens with microwave, washing machine, large open plan lounges with satellite TV and entertainment systems and all of your linens and towels are provided during your stay at Club Caronte.

The Costa del Sol is a magnificent holiday destination. Whether you're looking for a beach holiday with nothing more strenuous than lifting a cocktail at one of the many 'chirungitos' than line the beach front, or a daily round of golf at one of the many championship golf courses in the area. There are many excellent attractions on the Costa del Sol and first time visitors should treat themselves to a tour of Malaga with the Bus Turistico de Malaga – an open-air double Decker bus that winds through the city streets and visits a number of excellent attractions and museums. In Marbella, you should visit the Old Town and the tower at Gibralfaro Castle for stupendous views of the Mediterranean and the harbour.
