Seasons Keys fractional ownership provides their owners with fantastic locations in the UK and on the Continent within the Seasons Holidays portfolio or Interval International exchange organisation.

This product is unique in the fact that once you have purchased you will own a share of the dedicated lease on the property and as an owner of Seasons Keys you will not be required to pay annual management fees. Once the lease term has expired Seasons Key owners are entitled to renew their ownership for another term or have the choice to return their ownership to Seasons Holidays and receive a percentage of net sales proceeds.

Your flexible ownership will entitle you to one week in high season and will give the opportunity to book the place and time which suits you or the choice to take two weeks in a lower season (subject to availability within Seasons Holidays only).
