The timeshare points you own allow you to holiday for any number of weeks in any season. You are only limited by the number of points. Yearly income of timeshare points 2080 points per year. The balance of accumulated timeshare points as of now are: 9686, which is enough to vacation in the Bahamas in Fortuna Beach for 4 weeks during peak season.

The total amount of points that you spend on renting an apartment does not depend on the number of guests. Apartments T2 can comfortably accommodate from one to 6 people. Such a vacation is ideal for vacationers with a large family or a large company.

Almost all apartments are equipped with kitchen equipment (refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a set of dishes, both for cooking and serving the table. Within walking distance from the PARADISE resort there is a large shopping and entertainment centre «Gran Sur» and «Agua Club Termal». «Agua Club Termal» has several types of saunas, pools and numerous water treatments. For «Club La Costa» members, discounts are available on the «Agua Club Termal».
