We have been owners of timeshare for 30 years. We transferred from fixed weeks to Points in 2000 and find points to have great advantages over fixed weeks. These include the ability to save points between years, ability to upgrade and downgrade unit size rather than be in a fixed size unit and have higher access rate through II to blue chip resort chains such as Marriott and Hilton particularly in USA and Europe. We regretfully offer for sale with a bonus of 21000 points for 2021 included.

Diamond Resorts are a worldwide company with a turnover of $280 million therefore there is no chance of them going into liquidation.
