As a Welk Resorts Platinum Owner, you can enjoy holidays in any of the following five impressive vacation ownership properties:
In the mountains at the breath-taking Lake Tahoe ski-resort in California (Northstar Lodge with ski-in/ski-out access);

- by the sea in San Diego, south California, or Cabo San Lucas at the southern tip of Baja, Mexico;

- in Palm Spring less than two hours from Los Angeles or
- in the middle of the Midwest at the country-style Branson Welk Resorts in Missouri.

There will be two more brand new resorts added to the list in Colorado (under construction) and in Kauai, Hawaii (planned).

Instead of owning just one property, you own 120,000 points annually to book holidays in any of the five - and soon seven - modern, luxurious, family-friendly, and welcoming Welk Resorts across the US and Mexico. You can borrow points from the upcoming year or accrue points to stay longer or choose a larger apartment. You can also split weeks for shorter getaways.

We were particularly impressed with the Northstar Lodge at Lake Tahoe, from which you can go skiing without taking a bus (ski-in/ski-out). There is also an ice-skating ring and great restaurants right outside the Lodge! And if you prefer hiking or fishing, the lake and trails are beautiful year-round.

The 120,000 points for 2018 are ready to be used in any of the Welk Resorts or you can exchange them and book an apartment anywhere in the world through RCI or Interval International.

We decided to let go of this timeshare because we don't have enough free time to use it. We hope you will get to enjoy it.
