For sale here is the opportunity to have a flexible holiday week or weeks each year in the UK or abroad at some great locations operated by Seasons.

Seasons have resorts in Cornwall, Lake District, South West Wales and Ayrshire. These can be found in quiet countryside locations that all have great facilities which normally include swimming pools, gyms, with bars and restaurants on site. Seasons is a UK company, and I have found their staff to always be polite, professional and friendly, both in the membership office and at the resorts. In addition to the UK resorts, Seasons offer overseas locations available to use with the floating week in Southern Ireland, Lanzarote and mainland Spain. Please note that friends and family are able to benefit and use your floating week either with or without you being present.

The details of this offer are that its for a floating RED 'High Season' week in studio accommodation for 2 - it entitles you 1 red week each year that you can make use of in any of the Seasons Resorts. You could use more of your weeks if you want and have family or friends stay in other accommodation on the complexes at the same time as your visit. The floating Red week allows you to book at any of the resorts for any weeks except those in July and August. If you book for outside of the red weeks you can get better value and more than one weeks stay. Those weeks coloured as Yellow or Green give you a better exchange as 1 Red week is equivalent to 2 Yellow weeks or 3 Green weeks. Unused weeks can be carried over to the next year. Calendars of the colour coding for all resorts and weeks of the year are available from Seasons and on their website.

The contract runs until 2028 when you can then either sell your interest (1/26th) of the property value or renew it at no extra cost for a further 16 years of holidays (1 floating red week a year) you would then give up any further interest in the property. The unit owned is at the Seasons Whitbarrow site in the Lake District and there are currently 12 red weeks and 1 yellow week left available for bookings until 2028. It is also important to note that there are no maintenance or management fees to pay for the duration of the contract as these are covered by you giving back to Seasons a 2nd week each year that is owned and is part of your contract. All of the accommodations are of a high standard and are fully equipped, they will be refurbished at no additional cost to you before being sold at the end of the contract.

As well as the floating Red week, you can additionally take advantage of short breaks each year. These run from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. There is a fee for booking additional breaks (but not too much!). The short breaks are available at all the UK resorts plus an additional 2 UK venues - in Northumberland and Bath. They must be booked on a first come - first served basis to prevent block booking.
