This Vacation Ownership plan is a perpetual right with no termination date so it could last you the rest of your lifetime and even then pass it on to your children. The 'no termination date' gives great bargaining power towards further upgrades should you wish.

This contract includes Bonus Time and access to all Occidental properties and the contract allows me to sell. I have decided to sell because since my husband died I do not have the same incentive to go on such holidays. This contract provides one weeks accommodation at any Occidental hotel or resort. The accommodation is for 2/4 persons in a junior suite in any week of the year excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter.

The contract is Biennial for alternate even years starting in 2016 but includes the facility to collect bonus weeks to add to the holiday. Occidental are also affiliated to RCI and have exchange agreements between other resorts if their twenty or more resorts and hotels aren't enough. My last holiday was for two weeks in 2014 in Grand Xcaret in Mexico in January and was hugely enjoyable.

This membership is for 'First Club' status which means superior accommodation, special treatment, private pool areas, dining areas and bars within the resorts. The special treatment includes being met personally on arrival at the resort and checked in with a glass of champagne. 'First Club' membership does give a great feeling of being looked after while you are on holiday.

I would recommend a search of the internet for 'Occidental Vacation club' and 'First Club' memberships for further information. All the maintenance charges are paid up to date and are every two years.
