We are offering for sale a 3-bed, sleep 8, floating 1 week timeshare, which can be used at any time in the year (peak). The actual accommodation varies by resort - but you are guaranteed accommodation to sleep 8 in some format if that is what you request (you can book a smaller apartment/accommodation if you do not need a sleep 8, or sometimes two sleep 4s instead).
The timeshare is with Seasons, and the week can be taken in any of the Seasons resorts in the UK. There are resorts in Cornwall (Burn Park), Cumbria (Whitbarrow Village), County Kilkenny (Ireland - Knocktopher Abbey), Ayrshire (Scotland - Brunston Castle), Carmarthenshire (Wales - Laugharne Park). There are also two 'Seasons in the Sun' resorts in Lanzarote (Club Tahiti), and Malaga (Forest Hills). There is also the opportunity to exchange your week to one of 80 additional affiliated destination resorts worldwide - these include Australia, USA, Hawaii, India, the Far East and the Caribbean.

The only costs you can expect after the initial purchase of the time share is a modest membership fee, and an affordable exchange fee if you choose to use one of the affiliated resorts. The units and apartments within Seasons are always clean, practical, and provide for all your necessities, including bed linen, towels, stocked kitchens (cutlery, plates, pots and pans, glasses, cups, some cleaning supplies, and many have a dishwasher!). With fridges, freezers, ovens and hobs, the 3-bed apartments are perfect little homes away from home. There is plenty of car parking around every resort, most units have an area either next door or within a few units of them.
