We have had this timeshare for over 11-years. We now want to sell as we are nearing retirement and intend
to relocate to Gran Canaria.

The unit is on the first floor, with a lift if required. A balcony overlooks the fountain. There is a table, chairs and sunbeds. The unit is equiped with a full fitted kitchen, double bathroom - with a 'jet' power shower. There is a television in the lounge area as well as the bedroom. There is ample parking if you have a car.
This is a fixed week - 49,which falls within the first week of December. This is a quiet time to be in Gran Canaria. It is possible to change the week if required - this incurs a 60-euro fee.

The resort is situated in Sonnenland, Gran Canaria which is within walking distance of Maspalomas - famous
for it's sand dunes,as well being a vibrant location with many shopping areas, beach front restaurants, walks
and markets.

Peuto Rico, the "lively hub" of Gran Canaria is approx. 15-miles away with a regular bus service or local taxis
if you want the clubs and casinos. The beautiful fishing town and harbour of Peuto Mogan is a short journey away and a great place to experience local fresh fish dishes whilst taking in the view.

The resort is approx. 20 minutes drive from Las Palmas Airport - they will arrange a pick up and drop off for
you at the local taxi rate. The resort offers peace and tranquility! There are two pools with a restaurant and bar, as well as an indoor restaurant offering a wide choice of dishes. Special events such as Paella evenings, BBQ, Traditional evenings are arranged weekly.

Children's activities are organised on a daily basis.
