This timeshare sale is for a 26 year lease for a floating RED WEEK, including a week for this year, as all maintenance fees are paid for 2015. The Membership Certificate terminates on 31 December 2041 and was originally purchased with Lion Vacation Club; this has since joined the ONAGRUP Vacations organisation (see the Web site). ONAGRUP is a rapidly expanding timeshare resort and hotel group. This ia a ONE bedroom apartment sleeping 4. All resorts/apartments we have stayed in / viewed to use, have a full self catering kitchen, and most have washing machine & dishwasher. ALL resorts have pools, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

I have exchanged previously through RCI and Interval International (Interval is the Groups exchange partner), and the One bedroom apartment week, based in Mallorca, was exchanged for an equivalent valued unit in Palm Springs, USA, of a 2 bedroom + 2 Bathroom Apartment!!. Last year my wife and I had banked 2 weeks and the ONAGRUP team sourced an exchange with a Diamonds Resort to suite my birthday date requirements and venue.

We are selling this reluctantly, as we now have an urgent need to purchase a motorised wheelchair carrier vehicle for a family member.
