Approximately 15km away from Tenerife's hugely popular tourist resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas, this resort suits people of all ages. Only a short walk (25-30 minutes) from the resort is San Miguel Marina where you can take a trip underwater on the Submarine Safaris or walk along the coast. Also, in close proximity to the resort is the picturesque fishing village of Los Abrigos which offers a variety of seafood and Spanish cuisine restaurants. Being close to the bus routes, Sunningdale Village is only a short distance away, by public transport, from the tourist resorts Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas where you can enjoy shopping, staying on the beach or spotting whales and dolphins on the various boat trips that the harbour offers. From Playa de las Americas, a short journey away is Siam Park, one of the best water park's in the world.

This detached villa consists of 3 private bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping a maximum of 8 people. As well as this, there are 2 baths, a shower room, a balcony (part of the master bedroom), a garden/patio area with loungers and an outside dining area. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, a telephone, satellite TV, Iron (with board), DVD Player and an electronic safe. Onsite facilities include: bars and restaurants that provide live entertainment, children's' play area, convenience stores, snacks bar, large swimming pool and a kids club.
