The property is at the south end of the Lifestyle Hacienda resort at Cofresi beach. The resort is around ten minutes from the beach. The resort has around ninety properties on it all of which are one and two bed apartments and penthouses.

This property has two bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette if you don't want to partake in the all-inclusive service. There is a separate charge for the all-inclusive which is $385.00 per week. The all-inclusive covers seven restaurants on the resort including an Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, steak and seafood restaurant as well as the international buffet. The VIP café and the VIP gourmet restaurant (although you will need to make a reservation for this one) and there is also a kosher restaurant on-site as well. All beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits are part of the all-inclusive and there is a 24 hour food and drink service available with a day time and late snack service. It also includes access to the private beach, free airport transfers, a members only disco and welcome party.

The resort has a pool, pool bar, and a beach club. There is a good programme of daily activities around the pools and evening shows in the resort's amphitheatre. There are tennis courts, a gym, free initial scuba lessons in the pool (the PADI dive center for the resort is on the Lifestyle Polo Club a couple of kilometres from the resort, which also has a golf course and riding school too), shops and a synagogue as well. There is a DVD rental service, supervised kids club and a spa providing all of the usual massage and beauty treatments you would expect.
