Our contract was signed with the Viva Wyndham Maya Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The contract with 33500 Viva Points is valid for another 27 years, which is a great opportunity at an incredibly low price. The contract allows you to book all unit types, hotel room or 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites.  Our timeshare points are not limited to a fixed week. You just book any time of the year for spending your vacation.  Next to the Viva Wyndham Resorts, you can deposit your points with RCI or HSI and book hotels/resorts worldwide. The points give you access to RCI Gold and Silver Crown resorts with no limit.

Our home base with the Viva Wyndham Maya Resort offers, Beach, pools, restaurants, bars, all inclusive treat, entertainment, fitness center, shopping etc  you name it they have it.  The village Playa del Carmen is a lovely Mexican town, 50 kms south of Cancun airport. Numerous touristic points of interest are close, sightseeing of the famous Maya Pyramids a must. Next to that, islands such as Isla Mujeres are worth visiting on a day trip.

We have had our timeshare for more than 15 years and visited many countries in the Caribbean, Middle- and South America, USA, Europe, Australia, Catamaran cruises and other remote places. Because of age we have start going to destinations close to home (Switzerland).  Due to this we can no longer make use of the fantastic locations that are offered.   We are looking to sell the contract at a fair and low price to someone who can enjoy the numerous benefits.
