As we are keen to sell this property we are offering it "free" of any "consideration cost" plus we will pay any normal "buyers fees and costs" (up to £500 maximum) for any sale completed by end of 2015.


Palm Oasis in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria is an Interval International Premier Resort (Gold) and is situated on a hill overlooking the town area with views of the beach and famous sand dunes. The complex is set in tropical gardens surrounding the two outdoor swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers. The resort has a restaurant and pool bar together with an on-site grocery store. There is secure parking available together a safe in the apartment - both for a small fee.

The timeshare we are selling is a fixed week 35 that generally starts at the very end of August, going into the first week in September. The changeover day is Saturday and for 2013 the week available is 31st August to 7th September.

The unit is a 1 bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor of a three floor building but is accessed at ground level. It has a large balcony with views away from the resort, looking out over the town and beach area in one direction and the mountains in the other. The balcony is accessed from both the lounge and bedroom, has two very large sun loungers plus table & chairs. The balcony faces east allowing for excellent sun-rise breakfasts in the cool of the morning with more shade towards the hotter end of the day. The unit can sleep up to 4 people with 2 on a pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very well equipped, with full cooking facilities and full air conditioning. It also has a large marble-tiled bathroom which includes a whirl-pool spa bath.

We last visited the resort in 2012 and were pleasantly surprised to find that they have now installed wireless internet access which is available free from within the apartment.

We have been owners of this apartment since August 1997 and have spent many happy holidays there with our two teenage (at that time) children. We have alternated these Palm Oasis holidays with exchange holidays; visiting places such as Canada, the Caribbean, Florida and Tenerife - all through Interval International.

Now that our children are grown up we are now looking (as an "older" couple") for alternative styles of holidays.

Important note: As mentioned above, fees for 2014 are fully paid and we are happy to make the 2014 week available to the purchaser of this timeshare.
