One of the resorts that can be used through Seasons PLC is Burn Park.

Burn Park resort is set in 45 rural acres on the North Cornwall coast, close to Bude and its large beaches famous for their surf.  Within 5 miles you will find plenty of other large sandy beaches including National Trust beaches and forestry. You will be ideally located for the South West coastal path, surf beaches and shopping in Bude. The resort was originally a large farmhouse and outbuildings which have now been converted into 34 cottages and apartments. Other places within a short drive include Tintagel, Clovelly, Hartland with its famous Abbey, tea-rooms and lighthouse, Atlantic Village for outlet shopping. Further away for a day out is the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens, Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin moors.

You can reach it from the M5/A30/A39 just over an hours drive from Exeter. Nearest Airport - Exeter (1 hour) Bristol (2 hours). The area is best suited to exploring with a car. 

Burn Park features plenty of entertainment for all the family including a heated indoor pool, saunas, solarium, gymnasium, billiards, tennis court, children's playground, putting green, pony rescue center, clubhouse with restaurant, bar, evening entertainment and coffee shop. The accommodation is comfortably equipped with sofa/armchairs, TV/DVD, kitchen with fridge/microwave/cooker, bathroom with bath/shower, bedrooms/wardrobe/bedside tables.

The accommodation on offer is a 1 bedroom, sleeps 4 unit. You are able to book any week except peak UK holidays (late July and August). This unit is a floating week with Burn Park as its home resort. This means you are able to book any Red week within the Seasons portfolio of UK and European resorts. For a small fee you can also access worldwide Seasons resorts or purchase membership of Interval International which will give you access to thousands of resorts worldwide.

In our opinion Cornwall is best visited outside of August when the area can be very popular (busy restaurants, busy car parks etc). The true beauty and drama of the coastline is at its best in Spring, Winter and Autumn. Just imagine being out in the best weather the coast can offer then come back to the resort and enjoy a swim and sauna, followed by supper and a short walk back to your unit.
