The purchasers will receive the ownership certificate entitling them to one ‘floating’ week of RED  time to any of the resorts operated by Seasons Holidays. A ‘floating’ week is not a fixed  week and can usually be taken at any time of the year,  and as  Seasons operate resorts in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and on the continent, you can enjoy a holiday without any further exchange or booking fees. A ‘floating’ week with Seasons therefore offers a much more flexible choice of holiday rather than a fixed week in one specific resort.

he accommodation we own is for 6 persons in a 2bed unit, so plenty of space – and bathrooms.  Last year we took some friends to the Lake District and on this one occasion were alocated a very spacious 3 bedroom unit – 1 double en -suite bedroom, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. There was a large lounge with an alcove that had a bed settee – extra to the lounge suite, and a very well equipped kitchen. On site there was a lovely indoor pool, gym facilities, squash courts and restaurant and all this in a fantastic Lakeland setting. There was plenty of car parking space and we were able to enjoy all this at high season - August/ September. Alternatively, it is possible to ‘trade’ the unit through one of the Exchange Companies, (e.g. Interval International) to holiday in any of hundreds of other destinations world-wide.

The ownership certificate is valid until 2069 and the maintenance charges for 2013 are fully paid meaning that the new owner will be entitled to a weeks holiday in 2013. As a bonus, if you happen to live, or are on holiday near any of the Seasons resorts, you can use all the facilities of that resort at any time (as a Seasons member).

We have enjoyed our time with Seasons and the superb facilities at their resorts both in the UK and in Spain and Portugal. We have also exchanged our week to take family skiing in France and to Florida. We are only selling now because our family has all grown up and we no longer need such a large apartment.
