The apartment is in a lovely residential complex, with outstanding and well maintained gardens, and is disabled friendly and is only 200m from the beach.

Next to the complex is the El Montgo Natural Park, if your into hiking or biking there is some amazing sites to see, an views are out of this world.  Got the Archaeological Museum, Denia Castle  both over looking the Town  and Port of Denia.  Places to visit if you want to adventure out of Denia.  Playa La Granadeda,  a small beach but gives a relaxing atmosphere, Arenal Promenades on Javea as beautiful scenery, variety of shops, cafes, and has its own ice-cream parlour.  Arenal Beach is family friendly, quiet, very clean.  Plenty of activities in or out of Denia, Fun & quads, windsurfing, snorkeling if you want adventure the sea’s, mountain biking or even rent a scooter, all these activities are available throughout the year.  Driving distance from Alicante airport is 1 hour & 10 minutes approx 66 miles.

The exchange company the resort affiliates to is Restotel, through Interval International.

The Ogisaka Gardens as good amenities on-site:  Indoor an outdoor pool, spa and sauna plus hot tube, has a excellent fitness centre, for peoples different needs such as weight lifting, cycling, treadmills and other gym equipment. If you want to treat yourself there is a beauty/massage parlour to relax you.

The Apartment is well set out and comfortable.  It has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 people there’s a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, sitting room come dining room there’s a TV an satellite and kitchen that is equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine plus air-conditioning,  you walk out from the sitting room onto the balcony that overlooks the pools in a palm tree and green environment,  relaxing and very pleasant. The apartment is on the 1st floor there are lifts available for easier access.  Parking is available outside the complex.

This Apartment is classed as a “FLOATING WEEK“, can use at anytime of the year, for 1 week (7 days).  The statutes of the “MEDHOTEL CLUB” floating system also means that there is another 9 resorts you can exchange with.  All my exchanges I have made for other countries in the world were through Interval International.

My reason for selling is due to ill health and I am now unable to travel.
